MERCHANDISE SALE TERMS

 

By purchasing merchandise from QuantumNap™ ("QuantumNap™", "we," "our," or "us") via the QuantumNap™ Website, or mobile websites we operate or use ("QuantumNap™ Website" or "Website"), the mobile applications we make available for download on your personal device or social media pages we operate on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Sale Terms" or "Agreement").

As the Sale Terms are subject to change at any moment without prior notice, please review and save a copy of the Sale Terms prior to placing your order. Order and Acceptance

 

Each part of an order that you submit to QuantumNap™ constitutes an offer to make a purchase. If you have placed your order through the QuantumNap™ Website, then, after QuantumNap™ receives your order, you will receive an email from QuantumNap™ confirming receipt of your order (usually in minutes). If you do not receive an email from QuantumNap™ confirming receipt of an order that you placed, please contact hello@quantumnap.com at the contact information provided above before you attempt to resubmit for the same order. Please note that QuantumNap™'s confirmation of receipt of your order does not equate to QuantumNap™'s acceptance of your order.

 

QuantumNap™ is not deemed to have accepted any part of your order until the requested item(s) has/have been shipped and QuantumNap™ has sent a shipment confirmation email.

 

If QuantumNap™ rejects your order due to an error in pricing and/or other information, then QuantumNap™ will notify you at the email address that you have provided. Once the error has been corrected, QuantumNap™ will ask you whether or not you would like to re-submit your order. If QuantumNap™ has distributed merchandise that is different from the description of the relevant merchandise (as displayed on the QuantumNap™ Website at the time at which you placed your order), then you may request a return or an exchange. For additional details, please review the QuantumNap™ Returns Policy outlined below.

 

Although it is unlikely that QuantumNap™ would refuse to accept an order, QuantumNap™ reserves the right to deny any order for any reason, including where the following situations arise:

 

Product and Pricing Information or Changes

 

QuantumNap™ strives to provide the most accurate and up-to-date representations of our products on our Website. We take reasonable steps to ensure that pricing, product descriptions, promotions, offers, availability, and other aspects not enumerated are correct at the time the relevant information is entered into the system. However, occasionally, our Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to pricing, and other aspects of products. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any product information is incorrect at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel your order after it has been submitted if there are any inaccuracies on our Website. If this occurs, then QuantumNap™ will contact you so that you are aware of the situation. If you believe your order has been cancelled by mistake, please contact QuantumNap™ by email at hello@quantumnap.com.

 

Error(s) in Billing, Payment, and/or Shipping Information

 

Some orders cannot be processed due to erroneous information that you may provide, which includes, but is not limited to:

 

  • Incorrect credit card or debit card number, expiration date, and/or security value.

  • Other incorrect information regarding payment types.

  • Incorrect billing information (e.g., when you provide billing information that is inconsistent with the billing information that your financial institution has on record).

  • Insufficient or incorrect information regarding your shipping address (e.g., street address, city, state, zip or postal code, etc.).

  • Suspected fraudulent information.

 

Delayed Shipment or Unavailability of Merchandise

 

If an item of merchandise is delayed out of the QuantumNap™ fulfillment center or becomes unavailable, then QuantumNap™ may cancel the order. If this occurs, then QuantumNap™ will contact you so that you are aware of the situation.

 

Resale of Merchandise

 

Any suspected resale of merchandise for personal and/or business profit is strictly prohibited. QuantumNap™ will not accept any order that is deemed to possess characteristics of reselling. QuantumNap™ reserves the right to cancel any subsequent order from a customer who has been suspected of reselling.

 

Previous Fraudulent Order History

 

QuantumNap™ may refuse to accept any order if fraudulent activity is suspected. QuantumNap™ may refuse to process any subsequent order from a customer who has a history of placing fraudulent orders. QuantumNap™ may refuse any order that is connected with a previous credit card dispute.

 

Custom and Personalized Products

 

Custom and personalized product sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations or alterations. Custom and personalized products include, but are not limited to, products that are embroidered, embellished, or personalized with a photograph at the customer's request. Delivery

 

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

 

Where will my order ship from?

QuantumNap™ works with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in QuantumNap™'s control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so

please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your

purchases.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before contacting QuantumNap™, please help us by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.

  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package was not left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please contact us at hello@quantumnap.com with your order number.

 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

 

Returns

 

What is QuantumNap™'s return policy?

QuantumNap™ does not offer returns and exchanges, but if something is wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@quantumnap.com.

 

Does QuantumNap™ offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@quantumnap.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will work to resolve your issue.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, QuantumNap™ does not offer exchanges. Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, please let us know at hello@quantumnap.com within one week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one, or issue a refund.

 

Additional Terms and Resources

If you have ordered merchandise via, or otherwise used or accessed, the QuantumNap™ Website, then your use of the QuantumNap™ Website is subject to the Website Terms of Use. Any personally identifiable information that you provide to QuantumNap™ via the QuantumNap™ Website is subject to the Privacy Policy.

 

These Sale Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. Except as otherwise specifically provided, these Sale Terms are not enforceable by any party other than QuantumNap™ and its customers. If any provision of these Sale Terms is determined to not be enforceable, then that particular term will be deleted and all other terms will remain.
