QuantumNap© energetic activations are a healing transmission that use subtle light frequencies to “wake up” your energy field, assisting you in going beyond the unconscious limits you place on yourself.

We all have unconscious limits and get into routines in our everyday lives. These habits of thinking, being, feeling, and doing can be great efficiency hacks and in that way, they serve us.

However, when we go unconscious about our habits and routines, they can also limit us and that can result in our creating predicable lives because we’ve sort of gone on autopilot about it.

Working with light through energetic activations helps you access the broader you and awaken parts of you that have been dormant.

Your energetic field is already whole and complete. AND there are parts of your energetic system that you are unconscious to - you don’t have easy access to.

The healing transmissions of QuantumNap© activations help you gain that access by sparking new awareness in your field.

With activations, you’re accessing more refined levels of light and that provides energetic clarity - helping you become conscious of more of YOU. In that way, it’s a healing process as your field activates into more wholeness.

This creates openings for you including:

• More clarity on situations you may not have seen the bigger picture of before

• New opportunities that you might not have seen before

• New perspectives, that you notice, all as a result of this shift in consciousness.

We encourage you to listen to an activation on a regular basis for at least a week - really immerse yourself — as you consciously pay attention to what’s opening up for you.

Using energetic activations like QuantumNap© is little different from traditional meditations.

You will be guided through a short relaxation and then the words will stop, and you simply relax with the music as the subtle energetic frequencies are transmitted in the background. All you need to do is listen to the music and allow any thoughts, emotions and sensations to just be.

You may notice energy moving, you might want to stretch or adjust your posture along the way. For a lot of people it just feels like a strong meditation.

And if you don’t not notice anything, that’s ok too. Particular frequencies are being lit up – activated – in your energetic field. All while you relax and listen to the music.

Be mindful about what you supercharge in this way - bring your highest intentions. The changes happen over time, so we recommend listening to a QuantumNap activations on a regular basis for at least a week, as you pay attention to the shifts happening in your life.

The real work of using activations begins when you come out of these spaces – it’s your job to pay attention and to notice what shows up differently.

It’s all subtle. You might have a strange dream or notice an unfamiliar feeling. Or have a new idea or a solution to something you’ve been wondering about.

All of these things are important markers of the shift is happening in your energy field. As your energy field shifts and becomes more aligned, your life will shift and become more aligned. That is the nature of this work. It’s a powerful and adventurous way to live.

You may also want to keep a journal. Make notes of the ideas that are coming through, make notes of the thoughts you are having that you know are different to what you normally have. Make note of the feelings that are different. While all these things will come through, they come through like puzzle pieces and they don’t always fit in a particular order right away. Some things might come in over and over and over again. Get curious…  Have you been taking any action in that direction? Or do you need to look at that?

Trust that you will know the next step. Working with activations doesn’t is not like a vending machine – you don’t do an activation and out pops some result you are wanting. It is not linear. It’s more like working out but for your energy body rather than your physical body. You get the benefit from being engaged on a regular basis. Enjoy!
